PRICES OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY MAREV LAW FIRM

Dear clients,
Please, familiarize yourselves with the prices and part of the general conditions of the firm before making an appointment for a consultation. The prices and the conditions for their provision are in compliance with Ordinance № 1/2004 on the minimum amounts of attorneys' fees and they are not subject to change and renegotiation. 

• Free consultations are provided only to persons entitled to maintenance.
• For consultations on weekends and public holidays, as well as outside of business hours, the price is increased by multiplied by 1.5 of the below listed.
• Payment for consultations and legal advice is made by bank transfer or in cash at the office.
• Written consultations are provided within 3 working days.
• Fee for legal representation is due for each instance, including when the case is returned for a new hearing.
• For protection, assistance and procedural representation in civil cases, the total fee amount is determined according to the type and number of claims for each of them separately.
• Fees for legal representation are paid in advance and are due at the time of concluding the contract for legal aid. Exceptionally, the fee may be divided in up to 3 separate payments, which should be paid no later than the first court hearing.

Upon request, additional and / or clarifying information will be provided about the price of each legal service that you do not find in this price list. .

CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY

• For consultation, legal advice and reference in judicial and administrative institutions - BGN 60 per hour; The initial charge is for half an hour, then every 15 minutes.
• Written consultation - from 60 to 400 BGN;
• Review of documents and consultation in a real estate transaction - from BGN 100 to BGN 200;
• Investigation of a case or a file for instituting a case - BGN 300;
• Preparation of a complaint and report to the Police or the Prosecutor's Office - from BGN 50 to BGN 150;
• Preparation of a notarial invitation - BGN 50;
• For preparation of written contract, notarial deed of ownership and a contract for out-of-court settlement on the basis of the respective material interest, as follows: (in case of interest up to BGN 1,000- BGN 70; in case of interest from BGN 1,000 to 10,000 - BGN 150). + 1 percent for the excess over BGN 1,000; in case of interest from BGN 10,000 to 50,000 - BGN 250 + 0.5 percent for the excess over BGN 10,000; in case of interest from BGN 50,000 to 100,000 - BGN 500 + 0.2 per cent for the excess over BGN 50,000; in case of interest over BGN 100,000 - BGN 700 + 0.1 per cent for the excess over BGN 100,000;)
• preparation of documents for registration and entry of changes of a sole trader or a commercial company - from BGN 150 to BGN 600.

CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE CASES WITH CERTAIN MATERIAL INTEREST

Depending on the factual and legal complexity of the case, the price may be increased in the range of 15 to 60% of the minimum set in it.

• in case of interest from BGN 1,000 to 5,000 - BGN 300 + 7% for the excess over BGN 1,000;
• in case of interest from BGN 5,000 to 10,000 - BGN 580 + 5% for the excess over BGN 5,000;
• in case of interest from BGN 10,000 to BGN 100,000 - BGN 830 plus 3% for the excess over BGN 10,000;
• in case of interest from BGN 100,000 to BGN 1,000,000 - BGN 3,530 plus 2% for the excess over BGN 100,000;
• in case of interest from BGN 1,000,000 to BGN 10,000,000 - BGN 21,530 plus 1% for the excess over BGN 1,000,000;
• in case of interest over BGN 10,000,000 - BGN 111,530 plus 0.5% for the excess over BGN 10,000,000.

PROCEDURAL REPRESENTATION BEFORE ADMINISTRATIVE BODIES AND THIRD PARTIES: 

• For property division the fee is determined according to the material interest of the represented party according to the above-mentioned criteria, but not less than BGN 600 for each phase.                    
• For procedural representation, protection and assistance in cases of division of agricultural land only, the fee is determined in accordance with the interest of the represented party, but not less than BGN 400 for each phase.

• For property claims and ownership claims, the fee is determined in accordance with the interest of the represented party, but not less than BGN 400 for movables and not less than BGN 600 for real estate or real rights over them.
• For securing a future claim, in proceedings for issuance of a writ of execution and in proceedings for issuance of an enforcement order, the fee shall be determined according to the above criteria on the basis of half of the values of the claimed amounts.
• For cases under the Spatial Planning Act and the Cadastre and Property Register Act - BGN 900.

IMPORTANT!
Legal defense in cases which, due to their legal complexity or procedural conduct of one of the parties, take place in more than two court hearings, an additional BGN 100 shall be paid for each subsequent hearing!
